About
My name is Leah. Among the “isms” that make up my identity are humanism, feminism, atheism, and Judaism.
I’m the editor of Jewesses with Attitude, the blog of the Jewish Women’s Archive.
My writing has also been published at the Huffington Post, Ms. Magazine blog, Sociological Images, Alternet.org (and Guernica Magazine), Scarleteen, The Jewish Daily Forward’s Sisterhood blog, The Daily Hampshire Gazette, and the Brandeis student paper, The Hoot.
I’m a graduate of Brandeis University and the University of Nottingham with degrees in American Studies and Journalism. I am currently pursuing a second MA degree in Health Communication at Emerson College, in collaboration with the Tufts University School of Medicine.
The best way to get in touch is to find me on Twitter: @leahbee.
